THE TRAINER Hugh Willbourn trained as a psychotherapist and went on to do a PhD in philosophy. In 2004 his book, "Agree to Win, essential steps to negotiate in your work and life" was published by BBC books. He has worked as a negotiation consultant for over twenty years, alongside running a qualitative market research agency, writing books, working in improvisation and storytelling and teaching in academic and commercial contexts. His unique background in business, therapy and self-development gives him the ability to help students develop their negotiating persona, find their inner strength and train their voice of confidence.
